Summary:
As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on business agility and technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to facilitate organizational transformation, enabling clients to adapt and excel in a competitive landscape. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile methodologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- Strong understanding of integration processes and methodologies.
- Experience with data mapping and transformation techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools and practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
