Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in managing the development and enhancement of key business applications. You will play a pivotal role in the creation of a robust Data Warehouse and Analytics Platform that will drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Manage the lifecycle of business applications from requirement gathering to deployment and enhancements.
• Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive Data Warehouse and Analytics Platform.
• Work closely with the IT team to design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data storage solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
• Ensure data quality and integrity within the Data Warehouse.
• Provide training and support to business users on new systems and analytics tools.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT projects.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse design and data modeling principles.
• Experience with SQL and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into non-technical terms.
