Job description: Business Analyst 

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Business Analyst with sound knowledge of lending products.

Qualification/Experience:

• MBAs with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in implementation of lending system or payment solutions.
• The candidate should have working experience in banking/ treasury operations with system implementation experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must along with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Understanding of one of the asset classes (FX, Derivatives, Fixed Income & MM) will be good to have.
• Understanding of JIRA, Confluence or Murex will be an added advantage

Job Role:

• Handling of end to end implementation of small & medium size projects.
• Would be responsible for
  • Project Execution and Support
  • Requirement Analysis and BRD/FRD Documentation          
  • Preparation of Test Cases and other related docs
  • Conducting UAT and ensuring smooth go-live
  • Stake holder management
  • Managing Issues and taking it to closure
• Must be able to work with multiple stakeholders

Should know MS Office (Word, excel), JIRA

 

 

 

Basic check for this role.

1. Having basic lending knowledge if not having detailed experience in banking domain.
2. Must have worked as Business analyst in BFSI for at least 5 years
3. Good aptitude for work and curiosity to learn
4. Decent Communication Skills
