Summary:
As a Business Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business operations, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative business solutions. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Additionally, you will support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
a: Collaborate with our many stakeholders and business areas to understand the business issues and data challenges, thereafter, developing requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution
b: Design of Data Models and ETL pipelines to meet the business requirements in the most efficient manner
c: Work effectively across the team to playback the business challenges and proposed changes
d:Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
e:Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
f:Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
g:Analyze data and trends to support decision-making processes and improve business outcomes.

Technical Experience:
a: Cloud migration experience
b: Analysis across large scale data warehousing projects
c: Dimensional modelling and ETL pipeline design
d: Translating diffuse and complex business requirements into user stories covering functional, non-functional, security and acceptance criteria
e:Excellent SQL skills enabling large scale data transformation and analysis
f: Experience in cloud based ETL environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform




Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
