Business Development Intern (Tele-Sales)Location: Mumbai (On-site)
Duration: Internship
Stipend: ₹6,500 – ₹10,500 (Performance-Based)
Role OverviewWe are seeking disciplined and motivated individuals for a Business Development (Tele-Sales) internship. This is a target-driven role focused on direct sales, client interaction, and revenue generation. The role offers practical exposure to real-time sales processes and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients and target audiences on behalf of the company
- Introduce and explain the company’s products and services
- Persuade prospects to purchase or subscribe to services
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Assist the team with post-sales activities for closed deals
- Continuously improve sales pitch and conversion rates
- Participate in daily sales meetings and feedback sessions
Performance Expectations
- Meet daily call targets
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain consistency in reporting and participation in review meetings

Compensation
