Hiring: Business Development & Sales Executive – Pehchan📍 Bandra West, Mumbai

💰 ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + High Incentives (on achieving targets)

We’re looking for someone who can open doors, build relationships, pitch creatively, and convert opportunities into long-term business — someone who genuinely loves the thrill of sales and the satisfaction of creating business impact.

  • 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and convert new corporate clients in gifting, merchandise, events & branding
  • Pitch Pehchan’s solutions confidently to marketing heads, HR teams, admin managers & CXOs
  • Build & maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal design and production teams for smooth order execution
  • Understand client requirements and create custom proposals, quotations & samples
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, industry events, and B2B platforms
  • Track targets, pipeline, conversions and ensure consistent monthly closures

💼 Preferred ExperienceCandidates with 3+ years experience in any of the following:

  • Corporate gifting companies
  • Branding / marketing agencies
  • Direct sales to Pharma, Banking, BFSI, Real Estate, FMCG, or MNCs
  • B2B sales where you’ve directly interacted with decision makers
  • Experience selling products or services requiring high trust & relationship building

(If you’ve handled corporate orders, marketing teams, or large account clients — you’re already ahead.)


🔍 Prerequisites

Proven track record of sales, negotiation & conversions

  • Excellent communication in English + Hindi
  • Strong presentation & pitching skills
  • Mumbai-based or ready to relocate
  • Comfortable with field visits, meetings & follow-ups
  • Confident, motivated, and target-driven personality
  • Age ideally below 40
