Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Marketing & Sales profile Age Limit under 40 • Understand the company’s goal and purpose to enhance the company’s performance. • Market Evaluation for competition and for new business opportunities • Achieve growth & hit sales targets: Design & implement business development plan that expands company's customer base & strengthen company business • Provide Business Analytics to guide strategy & decision making • Construct and deliver sales pitches and presentations. • Stay abreast of market trends. • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team. • Guide and help team members for closing leads • Training and monitoring Centre staff. • Management of all activities at the center, general office maintenance and Management • Control cost and remain within the agreed budget • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system. • Briefing the details to Clients / Parents about all the courses conducted at Champions. • Make outbound calls for critical leads. • Upsell/Cross-sell to various programs and services • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in maintaining customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes • Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with them. • Maintaining MIS regarding the candidates who had taken admission or done inquiry. • Submit daily progress reports and ensure data is accurate. • Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light. • Work with internal colleagues to meet customer needs and maintain cordial relations. • Handling daily ad hoc responsibilities • Should be active, capable to take initiative. Technical Skills: • Basic computer knowledge • Proficiency in MS Office • Time Management • Proficient in making PowerPoint presentations • Strong Sales ability to convert enquiry in to Admission. General Skills: • Pleasant personality • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Proficiency in English and any two regional languages. • Thought process should be organized and structured • Relationship management • Negotiation skills • Mentoring skills • Networking skills • Good verbal & written communication
