Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Data entry in software/App/Excel if any
2. Tele calling as per given target
3. Responsible to achieve given sales target
4. Responsible to resolve all the queries raised by the customer
5. Coordination with production team for new production where ever required
6. Responsible to attend incoming calls, SMS & Emails
7. Follow ups till closure
8. Final reporting to BDM
