Business Process Architect
Project Role : Business Process ArchitectProject Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to align with functional requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including the Application Architect, to develop comprehensive process blueprints. You will also participate in quality management reviews, ensuring that all business and design requirements are thoroughly addressed. Educating stakeholders about the designs will be a crucial part of your role, fostering a complete understanding of the processes being implemented.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and design methodologies.
- Experience with process mapping tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Familiarity with quality management principles and practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
