Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, documenting new processes, and ensuring that the implementation aligns with the defined product requirements. You will actively participate in discussions to represent business needs and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business processes and technology implementations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
