As a Business System Process Manager, you will also be responsible for:

• Personaly builds Power BI dashboards end‑to‑end (data model, measures, visuals, refresh)
• Actively uses Generative AI to accelerate reporting, automation, documentation, and analysis
• Creates automation workflows themselves (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint, scripts, etc.)
• Does NOT rely on DT / IT resources to design or deliver solutions
• Works directly with stakeholders across functions to:
  • Collect and standardize data
  • Make it easy for people to input data
  • Make weekly priorities and actions visible
  • Proactively request inputs for reports with clear timelines

• Removes administrative and coordination burden from leaders by:
  • Automating reminders, reporting, and follow‑ups
  • Creating clear dashboards and action views
  • Turning data into actionable insights, not slides
