Duties & responsibilities:- Diagnose & rectify the various electrical related faults in different systems of cars by using the diagnostic tool and electrical wiring diagram. 1. Drive train (Engine, Transmission etc.). 2. Comfort and safety system (climate control system, Restraint System, Onboard Electrical, Networking (CAN & LIN), Lighting system). 3. Drive Stability (Air Matic Suspension, Electronic Stability Program). 4. Telematics (Audio & Video System, telephone, MOST BUS). 5. Guide the technician in making of technical parts report for warranty purpose. 6. Guide the technician for creating of TIPS case for escalation of technical. 7. Will be responsible for finding and explaining a vehicle’s issues, as well as planning maintenance and repairs. 8. Follow the workshop process. 9. Working with the team to deliver diagnostic content in time, with the defined quality.
