Chemical addition and manage chemical storage month wise 4. Maintaining record Powder consumption as per BOM 5. Arrange powder coating oven calibration ( TTR) every 6 months 6. Check Oil contain every month (supplier end) 7. Check  iron contain every month (supplier end) 8. Check  coating weight every month (supplier end) 9. Send 3 panels and T welded Piece to godrej every month and keep record 10. Check outsource water sample (tanker water) Ph , TDS, chloride , sulphate SO4 , total hardness CACO3 ,  conductivity etc. every month 11. Maintain record no of powders and its  self-life and revalidation 12. Maintain  MPCB  JOINT VILLAGE SAMPLE  per Quarterly 13. Maintaining ETP daily report 14. Daily maintained ETP maintenance log book 15. Renewed and update  MPCB consent  copy Every 3 yearly 16. Renewed manifest membership  For hazardous and Other waste every year 17. Send to MWML hazardous waste every Quarterly and keep records for same 18. Maintaining ETP properly Job Requirements: Degree and knowledge in chemical
