Client Service Analyst
Drive regulatory-critical operations and digital transformation for Sales, Research & Data Services by automating workflows, decommissioning legacy systems, and elevating control standards to industry best practices. Deliver measurable efficiency and quality gains using Alteryx, Tableau, and UIPath while partnering across Product, Technology, Risk & Control, Finance, and Operations in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
As an Analyst in the Sales, Research and Data Services Operations iMaintain team, you will own regulatory-critical processes with high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and controls while driving automation and legacy system decommissioning. Based in Mumbai, you will develop metrics frameworks, identify business opportunities, and collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Technology, Risk & Control, and Finance to implement industry best practices for operations, change, and transformation. You will participate in and lead components of initiatives across planning, risk assessment, migration, and stabilization, streamlining processes through intelligent automation and continuously upskilling to meet evolving needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead components of change initiatives, including legacy system decommissioning across planning, risk assessment, migration, cutover, and stabilization.
- Maintain operational accuracy and timeliness, upholding a strong control mindset to identify gaps and mitigate operational risk.
- Automate and streamline processes using Alteryx, Tableau, and UIPath, building, managing, and governing robust analytics and automation solutions.
- Develop and enhance metrics frameworks to track timeliness, accuracy, exceptions, and quality; provide clear insights for stakeholders and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively across Operations, Technology, Product, Risk & Control, Finance, and senior stakeholders, providing regular updates and governance.
- Prioritize and reprioritize deliverables in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement.
- Train, upskill, and share knowledge across teams; actively participate in meetings, volunteer as a resource, and support workload balancing.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- 5+ years of experience with 2+ years in technology change, process improvement, and operating model enhancements; demonstrated ownership of project components and outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of intelligent automation and analytics tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and UIPath.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a control mindset to identify process control gaps, implement mitigations, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Effective stakeholder communication and change management skills, operating under time-critical deliveries with strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Experience decommissioning legacy systems, including application rationalization, data migration, cutover readiness, rollback planning, and post-migration stabilization.
- Hands-on delivery of automations and dashboards that measurably improve cycle time, quality, SLA attainment, and data accuracy.
- Familiarity with governance practices including RAID management, UAT planning and execution, defect triage, and senior stakeholder readouts.
- Collaborative track record across Markets Operations, Research, Sales, Technology, Product, and Risk & Control, with the ability to build relationships, manage dependencies, and communicate progress and issues clearly.
