• Responsible for planning & monitoring execution of Plumbing / Firefighting / HVAC / Elevators works at site.
• Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.
• Co-ordinate with Consultant, main contractor, MEP contractors and other sub-contractors at site.
• Control of the quality and technical correctness of the installation in accordance with the project quality assurance plan and specification by maintaining method statements, regular checklist etc.
• Attending regular meetings on work progress, coordination, design, etc. with consultant, contractor, Main Contractor to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
• Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution
• Implementing testing, commissioning plan for MEP system and final handing over of systems to Facility Team
• Ensure that the works are undertaken in a safe manner as per project specific safety plan.
