Cluster Manager – Sourcing

Role Highlights:

• Lead sourcing and vendor onboarding efforts within your cluster
• Build and manage relationships with local suppliers and partners
• Monitor and optimize procurement metrics (cost, quality, turnaround time)
• Identify supply gaps and design localized solutions
• Work closely with category, ops, and central teams to streamline supply flow
• Contribute directly to Snabbit’s growth on the ground

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–6 years of experience in sourcing, vendor management, supply chain, or similar
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• On-ground hustle mentality with the ability to work in dynamic environments
• Ability to lead local teams, vendors, and processes independently
• Comfortable with data and basic reporting tools
