Job description CASHe is Collections Executive Position: Executive (Collections) Qualification Requirements: • HSC/Graduates Experience & Exposure Requirements: • Fresher or relevant experience in Collections Roles & Responsibilities: • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts • Investigate historical data for each debt or bill • Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments • Take actions to encourage timely debt payments • Process payments and refunds • Resolve billing and customer credit issues • Update account status records and collection efforts • Outcall the customers to collect the overdue amount Essential Skills / Competencies: • Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role • Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques (e.g. skip tracing) • Familiarity with laws related to debt collection (e.g. FDCPA) • Good communication skills • Comfortable working with targets • Patience and ability to manage stress Personal Attributes: • Display teamwork and integrity. Work with team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements. Foster teamwork and innovation. • Drive performance management for self and team. • Utilize technology & tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery. • Actively encourage team members to contribute ideas.
