Roles and Responsibilities: The Social Learning and Collaboration Specialist drives social learning and communication strategies for global clients, managing end-to-end learning campaign development, execution and analytics. The role requires strong writing, stakeholder management and project coordination across time zones. Responsibilities include designing learning-focused campaigns (read making learning stick, encouraging peer-to-peer learning and collaboration), crafting communication assets, enabling leadership messaging, supporting web pages, preparing progress reports, some white glove support etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an editorial sense, grammar accuracy and attention to detail. Candidates should have experience in L&D or learning focused roles, managing a mix of tasks such as content creation (ID work), basic design, reporting/analytics and/or campaign promotions. They must be interested in driving social learning initiatives and change adoption activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Desirable - visual communication tools
