Compensation & Benefits Manager-SUPPORT SERVICES-HR-C&B

We are looking for a seasoned professional to play the role sr. relationship manager in Compensation & Benefits.

Long Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs)

  • Hands-on experience in designing, administering, and reviewing Long Term Incentive Plans such as RSUs, PSUs, and Stock Options.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance and strategic alignment.
  • Engage with senior leaders on LTIP design principles and impact communication.

Incentive Plan Design & Implementation

  • Designed and implemented incentive plans tailored to Sales, Corporate, and Support functions.
  • Incorporated business output, productivity, and market trends into incentive structures.
  • Monitored plan effectiveness and recommended modifications based on analytics and business priorities.

Job Evaluation Frameworks

  • Worked on Job Evaluation frameworks including Mercer IPE and Hay Methodology.
  • Conducted leveling, benchmarking, and architecture design to support compensation structure alignment.
  • Supported business restructuring and harmonization projects using job evaluation outcomes.

Benefits Experience

  • Deep experience managing benefits such as health insurance, wellness programs, and retirement plans.
  • Reviewed benefits utilization trends and implemented process improvements for cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensured compliance with local laws and regulations like ESIC, EPF, and Gratuity.

Compensation Benchmarking

  • Assist on compensation benchmarking study for various sponsored and forum based surveys.
  • Analysis basis comp survey outcome, internal parity and input for decision on compensation.

Executive Compensation

  • Lead or support the development and implementation of Executive Compensation programs.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders for benchmarking and preparing proposals for Board and NRC review.
  • Ensure governance, transparency, and compliance in executive pay frameworks.
  • MBA with specialization in HR or Masters in Statistics.
  • Excellent data handling capability with hands-on experience in working on complex excel formulas.
  • Knowledge of working on Macros and Power BI will be added advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Consulting Experience or Prior experience of 10 – 20 years in comp role.
