Experience	Minimum 2 year experience in specific domain
Must have skills	Content development, MCQ processing expertise, Good communication skills (English+Hindi)
Good to have skills	SME mangement, experience in large scale assessments
Key responsibilities	SME trainings, Test Design Creation, SME query management, Item acceptance management, maintaining SME training material, Action based on Post Exam report , dashboard for Project wise item management
Expectations from Role	Helping Lead Subject Admin in delivering projects and other requirements as per the need of the organization Coordination with internal stakeholders- SME Management, Payments, Coordination with Content Managers/Ops Team, etc. SME query resolution and timely trainings
