1.Able to write Test scenarios & test case 2.Able to do the Test case execution3.Analysis of requirement document and design test cases according to requirement document4.Understanding in Motor claim(cashless & Reimbersement) exp should be 3-4 years minimum 6.creation of daily status report7. Good communication & confidence8.Able to guide junior team meber with motor claim process9. Able to connect with Dev, BA & client for requirement dicussion, bug triage, status update10. able to be logged defect & take follow up with stakeholders11. Good knowledge of STLC process & defect life cycle12. able to connect with dev team for defect triage
