Contracts and Claims Manager
Job Title: Head- Contracts - Test
Division/Function: Contracts
Aim: overseas corporate contract function by supporting the business unit.
Responsibilities:

- To generate revenue by claiming for extra work executed
Operations Perspective:
- To highlight potential risks and recommend appropriate mitigation steps
- To ensure common understanding with vendors / sub-contractors / JV partners w.r.t contract documents.

Qualification and Experience:
- Educational qualification: B.E. Civil, LLB,
- Years of experience:
- Other Specialization: Civil Engineering, PGD in Construction/Business Management

Other Required Skills:
- Knowledge of appropriate laws & regulations related to contract management & claim realization- empanelment of/Networking with external legal counsels, consultants etc. for knowledge enhancement.
- Sound knowledge to understand, interpret and manage Contracts- Very much aware about latest trends/competitive practice. Prepares robustly for arbitrations/claim settlements.
- Drafting skills- Proficient in drafting all the types of documentations required for different types of contracts and complexities.
- Risk Analysis- applies past experiences and quickly catches probable risk factors. Sensitizes/support/communicates to the stakeholders about mitigation/risk handling strategies.
