Credit Assurance Manager

Corporate - Credit Assurance Manager -Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) - JM

Major Deliverables:

   Conduct through audits of Credit Facilities sanctioned/Disbursed  to ensure compliance with company policies & regulations
   Review and analyse financial statements, Credit Reports & other reports to assess creditworthiness and risk
   Evaluate effectiveness of credit processes and recommend improvements
   Prepare monthly draft report on basis of initial review and discuss with relevant stakeholder to obtain appropriate and satisfactory justification/ratification
   Prepare monthly final report summarizing findings
   Collaborate with Credit & CAD to ensure proper documentation and adherence to policies
   Co-ordinate with vendor to get document adequacy report published and review the same as well as provide them feedback and training.
   Stay informed on industry trends, regulations & best practices related to credit audit and risk management
   Advanced understanding of Financial parameters such as ratio analysis (Current Ratio, DSCR, ISCR, Debt Equity, LTD/NCA, quasi equity etc
   Hands on with Excel and PPT
   Good in number crunching and working on MIS
   Proven experience in credit audit of Corporate loans, Term Loan, Business Loan, Working Capital, Loan against Property and financial analysis, or a related field, with a strong understanding of credit risk assessment and management shall be preferred
   Familiarity with accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with 
Cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as spreadsheets and databases.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to credit auditing.
