Role Summary

Functional Business Analyst (BA) with 3 -5 years of experience for Banking (BFSI) Domain

• Key Responsibilities:

• Business Requirement Management: Discuss and document business requirements, and assist in configuring credit rating models.
• Project Management: Support end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to SLAs.
• Process Adherence: Assist in retaining necessary documentation for audit requirements and ensure process adherence.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders, including clients, development teams, QA, and operations teams.

• Requirements and Skills:

• Basic understanding of credit processes, credit appraisal domain, and banking operations.
• Assist in articulating credit appraisal solutions, concepts, and processes to clients and internal teams.
• Support in conducting requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation to support business objectives and technology implementations.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining BRDs and FRDs, designing process flow diagrams, and workflow models.
• Support in conducting training sessions and workshops for stakeholders and operations teams.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Essential Qualification

• MBA Finance / CA / B.COM /M.Com / Bachelor in Engineering with Finance experience

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in the Credit Appraisal domain, preferably in a bank or ITES company catering to BFSI.
