About the Role:

This role is responsible for portfolio monitoring & analysis for products under the Commercial Banking division, including:

• Commercial Vehicles, Construction Equipment, Tractor & Farm Equipment, Trade Advances, Crop Loans, Bharat Mortgage, Micro LAP, Microfinance Institutions (MFI)

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate is expected to monitor portfolio health, to identify early warning signals, trends, exposure concentration & stress, and provide actionable insights to mitigate risk.
• Develop and maintain Dashboards and MIS reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with business teams to implement risk mitigation measures thru BRE.
• To Standardize the Credit Policies, Process & to Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and regulatory guidelines.

 

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of credit risk principles, portfolio monitoring and metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, financial modeling).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for visualization and reporting.
• Knowledge of Python for automation and advanced analytics (added advantage).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Finance, Commerce, Economics preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in Credit Risk / Portfolio Monitoring in Commercial Banking or NBFC is preferred.
