The engineer plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and ensuring that the software solutions align with organizational needs and standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to align project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong experience in configuring and customizing master data governance solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data governance and application performance.
- Experience working with integration frameworks and ensuring data consistency across multiple systems.
- Excellent understanding of data quality management and governance principles.
