Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while managing project timelines and deliverables. The position serves as the main liaison for application-related activities, overseeing the progress and quality of work to ensure successful implementation and integration within the organization s technology landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and ensure seamless delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding them through complex technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Program Project Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of customer service processes and how to implement them within Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud to meet specific business requirements.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with data migration, workflow automation, and reporting capabilities within Salesforce Service Cloud.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
