Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex tasks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align development activities with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and maintaining custom applications within SAP environments.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to design and implement efficient code following best practices and standards.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Capability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions seamlessly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
