Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software development practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Talend Big Data. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Kafka, Test Automation Strategy, Spring Application Framework. - Strong understanding of data integration and transformation processes. - Experience with cloud-based data solutions and architectures. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. code reviews, unit testing / TDD / BDD Cucumber and X-ray for Jira, integration testing. Apache Camel , Spring Framework: DevOps tools: -Artifact Management: Familiarity with Nexus, JFrog Artifactory or similar tools. - CI/CD Pipeline tools: Experience with Jenkins and Gitlab CI/CD or ArgoCD. Additional Information: -- This position is based at our Mumbai office. Working from office 5 day from Client Location Airoli - A 15 years full time education is required. -This position requires minimum of 8 years of relevant experiences in Java test automation, ideally in a banking environment. -Collaboration with Technical Lead: Work closely with the Technical Lead to develop detailed technical specifications / technical design / Automation & Performance test frameworks Software engineering/Test Automation engineering: -Estimate the cost of development and Implement solutions in line with requirements / user stories (in accordance with development standards and Tech Lead recommendations).
