Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Design and implement application features that enhance user experience and meet business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions. - Strong understanding of data integration processes and methodologies. - Experience with data transformation and migration techniques. - Familiarity with application design principles and best practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
