Project Role : Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day typically involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and participate in designing tailored applications that align with specific business processes. Your role includes analyzing existing workflows and contributing to the creation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Throughout the day, you will coordinate with team members to ensure that the applications developed meet the intended objectives and support organizational goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate application requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of design specifications to development teams.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate application performance to suggest improvements.
- Engage in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Build Process Automation.
- Strong understanding of process automation concepts and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various software systems.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Build Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
