Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and performance.

- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior professionals to help them develop their skills and understanding of software engineering best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Technology Architecture.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies, particularly agile.
- Familiarity with cloud service providers and their offerings, including but not limited to AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and resilient cloud-based solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Cloud Technology Architecture.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
