Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of innovative technology solutions tailored for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements and translating them into detailed design specifications, ensuring that the solutions meet both functional and technical requirements. You will collaborate with various teams to refine project goals and deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives. Your role will also include troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems to enhance performance and user experience, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Strong understanding of database design and optimization techniques. - Experience with PL/SQL performance tuning and debugging. - Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. - Ability to write efficient and maintainable code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
