As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, while mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development life cycle.
- Experience with integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
