Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Additionally, you will oversee the development process, ensuring that the project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards in the deliverables. Your role will also include mentoring junior team members and facilitating knowledge sharing within the team to foster a collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.
- Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance project delivery.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
