Responsibilities:
• Handlecalls onleads generatedfor clear aligner(Smilecorrection/ Smilestraightening) services onour
digital platforms.
• Describetheservicesand USP ofthesameandtry togenerate maximum conversions.
• Regular follow ups with potential clients/ patients.
• Overallproblem solvingfor customersandcoordinationasnecessary.
• Handle any operations relatedactivities that may berequired.
• Tabulate andrecordresponses from all channels onexcels.
• Generate relevant reports from the same.
• Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the required doctor who shall visit the patient
• Analyse quality of calls and strive for improvement.
