Job Description

Manage and lead a team of customer service executives to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.Motivate, coach, and develop team members to meet and exceed customer service objectives and targets. Develop and implement customer service strategies and processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to monitor and evaluate their performance. Ensure that all customer inquiries, issues, and complaints are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer service is integrated into all business functions. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
