We are looking for candidate with good communication skills to achieve below tasks ;- 1) Make outbound lead generation calls 2) attend incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries and issues related to product and online orders 3) Email conversations to provide apt solutions to issues . 4) Report generation and submission for data analysis. 5) CRM software handling and data management. 6) Social media response management and calling them to understand their grievances . 7) Prompt What's app messenger replies to customers who approach through online medium . 8) Instagram and Facebook replies to be handled and pacified as per SOP guidelines . 9) Responsible for reduction in returns percentage and responsible for customer retention though various tools available and provided.
