Customer Care manager, Solar

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Functional - Expert in resolving problem related to solar roof top componenets like invertor, PV module, ACDB/DC DB
Able to guide field and customer on problem solving
Able to make root cause analysis
Able to give solution / recommendation on product based on problem
Able to provide technical training to field team

 

Experience

Experience is service of Solar roof top or invertor or maintenance of solar rooft top Have basic knwoledge of MS office like MS excel, MS word and MS powerpoint

5 to 10 years of experiance

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor'sor diploma in electrical / electronics engineering

 

General Requirements

Communication - Should have good verbal and written communication skill

Need to travel across PAN India Willing to relocate in future
