What would you do? Role Description The Promotion Support Back-Office team plays a critical role in supporting the implementation and management of customer promotions and offers that cannot be automated. They ensure accurate and timely application of manual promotions, working closely with relevant teams to validate eligibility, process adjustments, and resolve any customer or system-related issues. Their work helps maintain a seamless customer experience and ensures promotional integrity across all channels. Customer service refers to the assistance and support provided by a business or organization to its customers before, during, and after a purchase or use of a product or service. It involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build and maintain positive relationships.
