Job Description

We are seeking a customer centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. 

The role involves outbound and inbound telecalls to clients for B2B collections. Coordination with various internal teams, Help in resolving cilent queries.

Types of Processes - Collections / Lead Generation

Collection of documents and other information as required by stakeholders.

Helping Stakeholders by generating leads, fixing meetings with prospects and collection of fees. 

Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a customer-centric approach.

Experience - Minimum 1 year. Need to have prior BPO/ Telecaling experience.

This is replacement for a Telecaller who has attrited
