Responsibilities: Customer Support II Problem Solving • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries • Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation Job Profile:- Customer service Executive Qualification:- HSC & Graduate Age Limit :- 19yrs to 40yrs Process:- Customer Service & Outbound Salary :- 13k to 19k Shift Timing :- Rotational Shifts OR Fixed Shift (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
