Job Description
Managing all reservations and big events bookings • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding service/food etc • Providing customers with information about menus, group bookings etc • Creating end-of-day reports Current open positions: 4 Gender: 2(Male) / 2(Female) Experience: 1yr to 4+yr Qualification: HSC / GRAD Working days: Monday to Sunday (One fixed week off between Monday to Thursday) Open availability (rotating roaster and must be available on weekends) Job Timings: First window - 3:00am to 1:00pm Second window - 4:00am to 2:00pm Third window - 8:00am to 6:00pm (Only female preferred) Please Note: For Male candidates both the shift night allowance will be given as per km. • Following up complicated customer calls where required • Managing all complaints (via Google, DMs, calls, emails) • Reaching regular KPIs and maintaining service standards • Recording details of comments, enquiries, complaints, and actions taken • Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with managers
