Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their success with our products and services. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure that our customers are receiving the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities: 1)Build and maintain strong relationships with customers 2)Proactively engage with customers to ensure their success with our products and services 3)Provide training and support to customers as needed 4)Develop and execute customer success plans 5)Identify and manage risks to customer success 6)Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction 7)Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement 8)Communicate customer needs and feedback to relevant teams 9)Develop and deliver customer success metrics and reports
