Deputy General Managernager - Cluster sales

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Real Estate sales.
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value property deals.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential buyers and leads.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements to ensure win-win outcomes for both the buyer and the company.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues throughout the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
  • Prepare and review sales contracts and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and other sales-related activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to drive sales.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build a strong professional network and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Real Estate License.
  • Proficiency in real estate sales software and CRM tools.
  • Deep understanding of property market trends and regulations.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements and procedures related to real estate transactions.
