- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives. - Lead and manage the sales team to drive performance and meet targets.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. 
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for growth. - Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales metrics, forecasts, and performance evaluations. 
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other teams to optimize sales processes and maximize revenue. 
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
