Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key Resposibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy to support business goals.
• Drive sourcing and procurement activities for all components and high lead-time parts to ensure timely availability and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize supplier Schedule performance, focusing on OTIF, VMI, lead times, and SCM Initivatives.
• Implement effective inventory management practices to maintain accurate stock levels with engagement of sales & planning teams.
• Introduce Lean methodologies and best practices for supply chain optimization with competitive edge.

•  Strong background in SCM, procurement, and inventory management with hands of experience of SAP/Microsoft office
• Good knowledge of stores / Receipts / Buying / Logistics
• Techno Commercial Knowledge

Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelors of Technology

General Experience

• 5 Years to 10 years
• Automobile-Tractor industires/ Spares Business/ Engineering Industry.  

Critical Experience

• Proficient in SAP/MS Office (Excel & Power point)
• Data, Analytical ability  & Forecasting skills
• Preferably Power BI experience
