DGM - Finance & Accounts LMM

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Business Case, Cost & ROI Governance: Drive a standardized framework to monitor Business Case vs LE vs Actuals; track Capex/Revex, BOM, and savings; deliver ROI bridges and variance insights to support decision-making.

2. ROCM & Diagnostic Analytics: Lead ROCM reviews with clear variance drivers, root-cause analysis, and actionable recommendations to strengthen forecast accuracy and cost discipline.

3. Digital Governance & Workflow Transformation: Architect and expand the AD workflow‑based PD Finance governance module (ROCM, BC updates, capex workflows, automated alerts, executive dashboards); ensure data accuracy, version control, and adoption.

4. Dashboarding & Management Reporting: Develop insightful dashboards and management reports covering cost variances, savings, BOM deviations, and ROI, supported by high-quality commentary.

5. Oversight of PD Accounts Function and Cross-Functional Business Partnering: Provide direction to the PD Manager on –

  • business case modelling
  • PD project spend tracking
  • capex controllership
  • coordination with PD, IC, CME, CDMM, Asset Management, Corporate Finance

6. Compliance, Risk Management & Governance:

  • Enhance financial controls across PD, ensuring adherence to internal policies and audit readiness.
  • Manage risk assessments, forex payments, taxation matters, and economic evaluations of PD projects.
  • Support legal drafting of consultancy agreements and resolve related commercial, tax, IPR, arbitration, and contractual matters.
  • Any other matters related to project accounting and general accounting

Experience

5 to 8 yrs.

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

CA (1st / 2nd attempt)/ MBA (top-tier institutions)

  • 10–14 years of relevant experience in PD Finance, Controllership, Capex evaluation, Business Case analytics
  • Experience in Automotive/ manufacturing/ new product development environments is a must.
