DGM - Finance & Commercials
1. Financial Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement financial strategies for the hospitality portfolio.
• Oversee annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for each asset.
• Work closely with entity-level finance teams for budgeting, forecasting, capex planning, and variance analysis for all assets
• Support investment decisions, feasibility studies, and valuation exercises across the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization across entities.
• Coordinate with operations & finance teams of AOC’s (asset owning company -CSD, Realty, and NMDPL) to align asset performance goals.
2. Commercial Management
• Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, including operator contracts, leases, and revenue-share arrangements for all hospitality assets.
• Optimize commercial terms to maximize returns and mitigate risks across the portfolio. • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and monitor compliance.
3. Governance & Compliance
• Establish robust financial controls and reporting systems for multi-entity operations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards across all companies.
• Oversee tax planning and regulatory filings related to hospitality operations in coordination with the respective owning company.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track financial KPIs across all assets and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Prepare consolidated MIS reports for senior leadership and promoters.
• Support decision-making through accurate and timely financial analysis.
• Establish governance frameworks for operational and financial oversight across entities.
• Ensure seamless data flow and reporting from finance teams of CSD, Realty, and NMDPL.
5. Portfolio Strategy & Performance
• Develop and implement asset management strategies
• Monitor financial and operational performance, budgets, and KPIs for all properties.
• Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization across entities.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams of CSD, Realty, and NMDPL to align asset performance goals.
6. Owner Representation & Operator Management
• Act as the primary liaison between Adani Hospitality Division and hotel operators.
• Negotiate and manage Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs) and related contracts for all group-owned hotels.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and contractual obligations across multiple entities.
7. Capital Projects & Asset Enhancement
• Drive renovation, repositioning, and capital expenditure projects across all assets.
• Coordinate with AOC’s for approvals and execution of capex plans. • Ensure timely execution within approved budgets and quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 15–18 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the real estate or hospitality sectors. • Proven expertise in managing large-scale financial operations and strategic planning.
• Preferable - Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial modelling, and brand management.
• Preferable – Experience in negotiating HMAs and managing multi-asset portfolios.
