What would you do? Job Description – Project Manager Role purpose Act as the project facilitator and process gatekeeper—driving transparency, timelines, coordination, and delivery discipline so campaigns/content launch on schedule. Key responsibilities • Build and manage integrated project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and delivery communications. • Facilitate recurring cadences: pipeline/status calls, stakeholder syncs, decision logs, minutes, action tracking. • Set up and maintain campaign/content workplans and dashboards for execution tracking. • Coordinate asset readiness across teams; ensure “definition of ready/done” and approvals are met before handoffs. • Ensure handoffs are complete and documented (briefs, copy, creative, specs, links, tracking, QA signoff). Required skills & experience • 4–8+ years PM experience in marketing operations, web production, or digital delivery. • Strong organization, facilitation, and stakeholder management; comfort managing ambiguity.
What are we looking for? Tools (typical) • Workfront (or equivalent), Jira, MS Teams, SharePoint; campaign planning tools. Success measures • Schedule adherence, predictable throughput, clear stakeholder communications, reduced cycle time, minimal launch blockers.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
